Pamela Pujo has nearly a decade of experience developing and leading successful diversity strategies and innovative D&I programs—managing from within and as a consultant.
Her expertise spans diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility, with an emphasis on data, metrics, and benchmarking. Ms. Pujo has managed and led diversity awareness education programs across functional and departmental lines, including talent management, professional development, and business development.
Prior to joining Affirmity, she served as a senior leader of diversity strategies at American Airlines, where she provided guidance to employee resource groups (ERGs).
In her role at Affirmity, Ms. Pujo helps clients optimize their diversity and inclusion programs through deployment of our diversity benchmarking and reporting tools.
Ms. Pujo holds a Master’s in Humanities and Communications. She currently serves on the Greater Dallas Advisory Board to the Texas Diversity Council.
