Lisa Strack has a diverse background working at fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations. With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources her recruitment practices take a holistic view on the processes and systems, stakeholders, and long-term outcomes to cultivate a diverse talent pool & foster a culture of inclusion. Currently, she is serving as the Diversity Recruiting Program Officer, VP, at Bank of the West. Prior to that she has held roles in University Relations, Diversity, and Talent Acquisition Departments.

Lisa earned her M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as her HR Certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Her Mixed Southeast Asian heritage, compelled Lisa to dedicate over 15 years to the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), where she is currently serving as the National Director of Employee Resource Group (ERG) Relations. She leverages her inclusion expertise, as well as her ERG advisor experience to nurture ERG development and growth through the two national ERG programs NAAAP facilitates annually. In addition, she served as a curriculum developer for the innovative NAAAP ERG Virtual Training program that launched in 2017.

Having spent most of her life on the East Coast in Massachusetts, Lisa moved to California two years ago to the Greater Los Angeles market. Currently, she lives with her partner Kenneth Eng and their dog Suki in Pico Rivera, CA.
